Q. Glen, Does sleep affect my weight?
A. Sleep easy. Many people aren't aware of the correlation between getting enough rest and losing weight. One study shows that lack of sleep disturbs metabolic and hormonal process, increasing hunger and making it harder to drop those extra pounds. Another study showed the less people slept, the more they weighed. Try to get seven to nine hours of shut-eye a night.
Glen's Bottom Line: Go to Bed!!!
