Q. Glen, I do not drink enough water any suggestions?
A. Health and water go hand in hand, and when you're thirsty, nothing beats the benefits of drinking water. However, there are times when you may crave a little extra flavor. Instead of turning to a sugary soft drink to quench your thirst, take a chug of some vegetable juice. It's an easy way to include veggies in your diet. You can also try a refreshing fruit smoothie or add some lemon or cucumbers to your water. Another great option is tea. There are so many delicious flavors that your taste buds will never get bored.
Glen's Bottom Line: Drink up!
