Ask Glen!
Q. Glen, I keep falling off my diet! Any suggestions?
A. Eating healthy and dieting are two different things. Learning how to eat healthy means you never have to worry about falling off the dieting wagon. The reason most diets fail is because of the guilt factor. Once on a diet, you might feel deprived of your favorite foods. Inevitably, one day you might eat it and feel like you've ruined your whole diet. If you learn how to eat balanced, nutritious meals, then you'll never have to worry about messing up. The best thing to do when you splurge on your favorite treats is to enjoy them and then go back to eating the healthy foods that really do your body good.
