A. Goal setting plays a huge role in helping you stick with exercise. The best way to go about it is to choose an attainable goal. Don't give yourself a week to look like the Incredible Hulk. Make your resolutions realistic. Break down your huge goal into smaller, less intimidating ones. Then, as you reach each milestone, reward yourself with a non-food treat. Make sure to give yourself time to be proud of each step you're taking
