Workout Clothes! What Not To Wear......
Q. Glen, What should I wear when I work out?
A. Choosing the proper fitness attire is important for both comfort and safety. Whether you prefer loose t-shirts and shorts or tighter tees and spandex, make sure it feels good to you and that it's appropriate for the activity you are doing. Proper shoes are vital for protecting your feet. Make sure to change your shoes regularly. Also, be very picky when it comes to socks. The wrong socks can have you screaming in blister pain. Choose socks that are made for your specific exercise of choice. The most important thing to remember when dressing for fitness is comfort
Glen's Bottom line: Buy your shoes from The Athlete's Foot
