Private Exercises You Can Do In Public
Q. Glen, I work a lot! How can I exercise more?
A. A simple way to incorporate more fitness into your life is to add a little extra push to your daily routine. For example, when you wake up, give your body a good stretch before you do anything else. If you're waiting in line squeeze your gluteus maximus muscles and sneak in some booty toning -- nobody will know! When you're walking up and down stairs, try skipping a step each time. You can also add in a quick squat workout by holding the squat position for a few seconds before you sit down.
