The Best Workout Around

Ask Glen!

Q. Glen, How do I know if I am doing my exercises right!

A. The best way to make the most of your workout is to ask a pro. Although personal trainers are expensive, they can be well worth the price. If a trainer does not fit into your budget, then it's still important to ask questions. If you're confused about how to perform an exercise properly, don't be afraid to ask. There are trainers at every gym to assist you. There are also many videos available for rent or purchase that can help teach you proper form. Another great option is to take a class and ask the instructor for some tips at the end. It is important to educate yourself on the exercises you are going to perform to maximize results and prevent injury.

Glen's Bottom Line: Hire a Trainer! You can't get this stuff from books!
