Go From Flab to Fab

Ask Glen!

Q. Glen, I want to get in shape and wear sleeveless tops, but my arms are so flabby. What kind of exercise is best?

A. The area you're referring to is called the triceps muscle. Weight training is best to meet your needs. Exercises such as lying dumbbell extensions, dumbbell kickbacks and pushdowns are excellent exercises to tone and tighten the triceps area.

If you don't have access to weights, pushups (close grip and shoulder-width grip) are excellent movements to assist you. Please keep in mind that exercise must be supplemented with a proper nutrition program in order to tighten and firm muscles.

Any personal health questions or problems mental or physical or before starting any diet or exercise program. Please consult your physician !

Wishing You Great Health!
