Skin Replenishing Foods

Ask Glen!

Q. Glen, The more i try to eat right! The worse my skin looks! What can i do?

A. If you want to look great, you can't neglect the most obvious part of your body: your skin. Forget investing in expensive skin products. If you really want your skin to radiate, then pay close attention to the foods you eat and what you drink. When it comes to healthy skin, nothing beats the wonders of water. Water helps prevent dry skin and can help make your skin glow by flushing harmful toxins from your body. It's also important to eat plenty of foods high in Vitamins E, C and A. Some of these foods include almonds, apples, blueberries, carrots, low-fat dairy, fish, flaxseed, pomegranate juice and sweet potatoes

Glen's bottom line: You are what you eat!
