A. When it comes to fitness, little efforts add up big time. Exercising is not reserved for the gym. Every time your body moves, it counts. Instead of spending time driving around the parking lot or waiting for the next person to get out of a spot close to your destination, park far away. Do this everywhere you go, and you'll end up adding in some good calorie-burning time without even hitting the gym. As an added bonus, your car will be less likely to get scratched!
