A. Yes,Go get your newspaper. Be in charge of your own paper route. Instead of having the daily paper delivered to your doorstep, use this as an opportunity to get some exercise. Walk down to the newspaper box in front of your neighborhood or take a stroll to the local 7-Eleven. There's nothing better than starting your day off with a brisk walk. By fetching your own paper, you're actually killing two birds with one stone.
